How it works with what you already run.
- 01
Tag the sites
Register each plot, cleanup site or sampling point once, with what a visit must show: a seedling count, a before-and-after, a labeled sample.
- 02
Set the schedule
A standing order posts the visits on your schedule, monthly or each season, to your staff, local partners or nearby performers.
- 03
Capture the visit
Guided photos, time and place at the tagged point. A capture taken away from the point or outside its window doesn't pass.
- 04
Check it
Each visit is checked against its site and checklist. A versioned policy decides, and anything unclear goes to a person.
- 05
Build the record
Visit by visit, each site gets a run of receipts you can hand to a funder, an auditor or a credit registry.
What it proves, and what we won't do.
- What we won't do
- We prove what was there on each visit. We don't issue or certify credits; that stays with your registry and its verifier.
- Lab results come from your lab. We prove where and when each sample was taken.
- Protected or sensitive locations can be kept off public pages.
- In early access: we run it with design partners.
