How it works with what you already run.
- 01
Define the output
Pick what counts: a well that flows, a ramp that's built, a pantry that's stocked. Each gets a short checklist of what the capture must show.
- 02
Capture it on site
Your field staff or a local partner capture it from a link on their phone: guided photos, time and place. No app to install.
- 03
Check it
Time, place and the checklist are checked against the output. A versioned policy decides, and anything unclear goes to a person.
- 04
Hide what's sensitive
Faces are covered by default, and sensitive sites get a coarse location, or none, on the public page.
- 05
Share the receipt
Each output gets a receipt with its own page. Link it in a donor update, a campaign page or a thank-you email.
What it proves, and what we won't do.
- What we won't do
- We verify the work, never the people you serve. They are not the subject of a capture.
- Shelters, clinics and refugee sites get a coarse location, or none, on any public page.
- No photos of children unless your program's consent rules explicitly allow it.
- Evidence is for verification only. We won't turn it into fundraising imagery.
- In early access: we run it with design partners.
