How it works with what you already run.
- 01
Send a link
Each shift or project gets a capture link with a short checklist: arrive, do the work, show it done. No app to install.
- 02
Check in on site
Volunteers open the link at the site. Time and place are recorded at the start and the end of the shift.
- 03
Show the result
At the end, the team captures what got done, such as beds built, boxes packed or a park cleared, against the checklist.
- 04
Check it
Time, place and the checklist are checked. A versioned policy decides, and anything unclear goes to a person.
- 05
Report on receipts
Each shift gets a receipt with its hours and output. Use them in a grant report or send them to a corporate volunteer-match program.
What it proves, and what we won't do.
- What we won't do
- We record hours and work done, and nothing about volunteers beyond what you already keep.
- No photos of the people you serve, and no photos of children unless your consent rules allow it.
- We don't replace your volunteer scheduling. Keep the tools you use.
- In early access: we run it with design partners.
