Paid local work for the people your program serves

Workforce programs need real, paid work for participants, and a record of that work an employer will believe.

§ 01

How it works with what you already run.

  1. 01

    Enroll participants

Your program signs participants up to take jobs, with the kinds of work they're ready for: site captures, checks, simple fixes.

  2. 02

    Route local jobs

Paid jobs near participants can go to your program's group first, alongside work your own partners post.

  3. 03

    Do the work

Each job comes with a guided checklist from a link. No app to install.

  4. 04

    Check it

The work is checked against the job. A versioned policy decides, and anything unclear goes to a person.

  5. 05

    Paid and on the record

Work that passes is paid in US dollars to a bank account, and each job adds a receipt to the participant's work record.

§ 02

What it proves, and what we won't do.

What we won't do
  • Participants are paid in US dollars to a bank account. No crypto wallet needed.
  • We're not an employer or a staffing agency. Your program decides who takes which jobs.
  • A participant's work record is theirs to share.
  • In early access: we run it with design partners.
