Show donors and funders the food reached every pantry

Donors and grantmakers want to see that the food arrived, and with 150 partner pantries each week, you can't be at every dock. Proof of the handoff turns a delivery log into evidence you can share. It also shows your volunteers and drivers did the work to spec, without ever photographing the people you serve.

Weekly pantry delivery, counted and proven

A driver or volunteer drops off the weekly load at one of your partner pantries. Today the main record is a signature or a note.

    The task
Post each delivery as a task. The driver or volunteer photographs the load at the pantry, counted against the delivery list, with any damaged items noted.
    The proof
Phone photos of the pallets, boxes and cold items at the pantry door, checked for origin and location against the delivery list, then a reviewer confirms, with no people in frame.
    What changes
You can show a donor exactly what reached which pantry, and spot short or damaged deliveries early.

A food delivery, handed off and counted at a partner pantryA van parks outside a partner pantry. Three stacks of cases land on a hand truck by the door while a live capture frames them, and the count reaches 24 of 24. The cooler inside reads 36 degrees. Three checks pass: the right site, the count and the cold food. A handoff receipt prints, is stamped verified, and goes to the donor report. Only the goods and the site are photographed, never the people served.WEEKLY DROPGOODS, NOT PEOPLEPANTRY 14COOLER36°F24 / 24LIVE CAPTUREHANDOFF CHECKSRIGHT SITE24 OF 24COLD ≤ 41°FHANDOFFPANTRY 1424 CASES · 36°FOFF THE FLOORVERIFIED→ DONOR REPORT

    Grant milestone evidence for funders

A grantmaker funded a set number of deliveries or a new pantry partnership and wants to see it happened.

    The task
Post the milestone as a task. Your staff, or a local person near the partner site, photographs the delivered food and the site where it is stored.
    The proof
Dated, located photos or short video of the delivered supplies and storage area, checked against what the milestone claims, then reviewed.
    What changes
Your funder reports are backed by visible evidence instead of summaries alone.

    Pantry drop-off area left ready

Deliveries often land at pantry doors or loading areas where food can sit exposed or blocked.

    The task
A driver or volunteer checks the drop-off area after unloading and leaves it in the right state: food stored, door secured, area clear.
    The proof
Phone photos of the door and drop area after unloading, checked for time and place, then reviewed.
    What changes
You know each drop was left safe and orderly, not just dropped.

A customer walks from the door to a taped mark in the middle of the room and turns once; the phone's view sweeps all the way round and a ring closes at 360 degrees. Five checks tick: in the store, on time, a full turn, 52 seconds long, the right shop. § 03

How every task runs.

The same four steps for each play above, whoever asks and whoever does the work.

  1. 01

    Post

You post the task, or Spot It posts it from what your cameras see, under limits you set: where, what done looks like, and the evidence it needs.

  2. 02

    Route

Teleport sends it to your own staff or to a vetted local person who can do it, and tells you who took it.

  3. 03

    Perform

They follow the steps and capture the evidence: smartphone photos or video on site, or the view from your existing cameras.

  4. 04

    Prove

Rule checks, a model where a photo needs a look, and a reviewer decide. You get a proof of the work, not a promise.

§ 04

Start small, with proof from day one.

One task type, a few places, a couple of weeks. We set the scope and the limits with you before anything is posted.

How it works · What a proof contains

Pilot · Valley Harvest Food BankProposed
First task
Post the weekly delivery handoff as a proven task for a small group of pantries.
Scope
Start with 10 partner pantries over 2 weekly delivery rounds, with drivers and volunteers using their own phones.
Timeline
Run it over two weeks, then review the proof with one donor or grantmaker.
Paid
In dollars, per accepted task
You get
One proof for every task

Nothing is posted until you agree the scope. You can stop after any task.

§ 05

What comes back for every task.

Not a checkbox in an app: a receipt that says who did the work, what the evidence was, which checks it passed and who decided.

Dollars pay for the work. The proof shows it was done.
