Sixty Florida poke bowl shops, one brand standard to prove

Your brand lives or dies on every franchised location looking and running the same. Monthly visits only show one day, and promo rollouts and cleanliness slip between them. Proof of physical work lets you see the standard held across all 60 shops without being in them.

    Monthly brand-standards check, with proof

Your monthly brand-standard visits cover signage, dining area, restrooms and promo setup across 60 Florida locations. Each visit is a snapshot that is hard to compare shop to shop.

    The task
Post one check per location. The franchisee's staff or a local person walks a fixed route and photographs each area on the list.
    The proof
Phone photos from the same set spots show signage, dining room, restrooms and promo setup, checked against your standard and then reviewed.
    What changes
You get a consistent, comparable record of every location after each visit.

A member of staff walks over from the kitchen and mops. The same camera takes an after frame from the same angle; with the before frame and the staff member's photo, the work is verified and a receipt prints: paid five dollars.KITCHENZONE BSPILL · 60 STASK POSTEDCLEAN ZONE B$5 · EXAMPLEEXP 15 MINEVIDENCEBEFOREPHOTOAFTERVERIFIEDPAID $5.00EXAMPLE

Promo rollout proof, store by store

When you launch a new promo, each location has to put up the right signage and displays on time. You have to take the franchisee's word that it happened.

    The task
Post a display task per location. Store staff or a local person photographs the promo display and price tag in place.
    The proof
Photos show the approved display and the correct price tag in one frame, with where and when they were taken, checked against the promo spec.
    What changes
You know which locations are live with the promo and which still need a nudge.

Cleanliness pass with before and after

Cleanliness is part of your monthly checks, and dining rooms and restrooms can drift between visits.

    The task
Post a cleaning task for the dining area or restrooms. Location crew does it, or a local person is routed to it.
    The proof
Before and after photos from the same spot show the area cleaned to your standard.
    What changes
Cleanliness problems get fixed and documented without waiting for the next visit.

Teleport spots a spill and a cluttered table, gets them cleaned, and proves itA café seating area from above at 2:14 pm. A keyframe from the ceiling camera arrives, with the faces of two customers at the edge already covered. Teleport finds three needs: a spill by the counter at 94 percent confidence, table 6 cluttered with nobody seated at 88 percent, and the bin nearly full at 71 percent. The café's line is 85 percent, so the spill and the table post as cleaning tasks and the bin waits as a suggestion for the manager. A barista mops the spill and clears table 6. The same camera's after frame shows both zones clear. Four checks tick: same view, spill clear, table 6 clear, within 8 minutes. Fix what the camera spots, show it fixed

Your locations already have security cameras that see the dining room and counter every day.

    The task
When a spill or empty cooler is spotted, a task goes to location staff or a nearby local person to fix it.
    The proof
A photo from the same camera view shows the problem gone, checked against the task's rules.
    What changes
Small issues are fixed while the shop is open, not found at the next monthly visit.

§ 03

How every task runs.

The same four steps for each play above, whoever asks and whoever does the work.

  1. 01

    Post

You post the task, or Spot It posts it from what your cameras see, under limits you set: where, what done looks like, and the evidence it needs.

  2. 02

    Route

Teleport sends it to your own staff or to a vetted local person who can do it, and tells you who took it.

  3. 03

    Perform

They follow the steps and capture the evidence: smartphone photos or video on site, or the view from your existing cameras.

  4. 04

    Prove

Rule checks, a model where a photo needs a look, and a reviewer decide. You get a proof of the work, not a promise.

§ 04

Start small, with proof from day one.

One task type, a few places, a couple of weeks. We set the scope and the limits with you before anything is posted.

How it works · What a proof contains

Pilot · Sunny Bowl FranchisingProposed
First task
A brand-standards check at a handful of locations, with phone photos of signage, dining area, restrooms and promo setup.
Scope
Five franchised locations, one check each, plus one promo display check at each.
Timeline
Two weeks from setup to a side-by-side review of all five.
Paid
In dollars, per accepted task
You get
One proof for every task

Nothing is posted until you agree the scope. You can stop after any task.

§ 05

What comes back for every task.

Not a checkbox in an app: a receipt that says who did the work, what the evidence was, which checks it passed and who decided.

Dollars pay for the work. The proof shows it was done.
