Example proposal · Convenience retail and fuel

Forty Ohio stores, each one checked and proven

With 40 stores spread across Ohio, your district managers can't be everywhere at once. Coolers, shelves, restrooms and fuel islands decide whether a customer stops again, and a store visit only tells you what it looked like that day. Proof of the work lets you see that it was done to spec between visits.

The short version

Every store already has security cameras, so Spot It can flag spills, empty shelves and cooler gaps and turn them into tasks for the store team. How Spot It works

An example of the AI analysis Teleport writes, for a fictional business. Yours is written from your own website.

Each one runs today with your own people and the cameras and phones you already have. Nothing new to buy or install.

Cooler and shelf restock, proven full

A cooler or shelf runs low during a busy shift and nobody confirms it was refilled. Your district managers only see the result once a week.

    The task
Post a restock task to the store team for the flagged cooler or shelf. The store employee on shift restocks it and photographs the finished display.
    The proof
Phone photos with their origin show the full cooler or shelf, checked against the task's rules, then a reviewer signs off.
    What changes
You know a restock really happened without waiting for the next district visit.

An auditor walks from the door along the side aisle to the promotional end cap on aisle 7 and photographs it three times. An inset of the end cap shows its facings counted shelf by shelf and the shelf tag read as four ninety-nine. A weighted score fills past the 8,500 line to 9,375 out of 10,000. Restroom and fuel island cleaning proof

Restrooms and fuel islands get dirty fast, and cleaning is easy to log but hard to confirm across 40 stores.

    The task
Post a cleaning pass for each restroom or fuel island. Store staff take before and after photos as they clean.
    The proof
Before and after phone photos from the same spots show the area cleaned to the task's checklist.
    What changes
District managers can review cleaning results from their desk and focus store visits on stores that need help.

Teleport spots a spill and a cluttered table, gets them cleaned, and proves itA café seating area from above at 2:14 pm. A keyframe from the ceiling camera arrives, with the faces of two customers at the edge already covered. Teleport finds three needs: a spill by the counter at 94 percent confidence, table 6 cluttered with nobody seated at 88 percent, and the bin nearly full at 71 percent. The café's line is 85 percent, so the spill and the table post as cleaning tasks and the bin waits as a suggestion for the manager. A barista mops the spill and clears table 6. The same camera's after frame shows both zones clear. Four checks tick: same view, spill clear, table 6 clear, within 8 minutes. Spill cleanup, shown dry

A spill on the sales floor is a slip risk, and you need to show it was dealt with.

    The task
When a spill is spotted, post a task to the store team to clean it and photograph the dry floor.
    The proof
Camera view or photos show the spill, then the same floor clean and dry afterward.
    What changes
You have a clear record that each spill was handled and the floor was made safe.

A customer walks from the door to a taped mark in the middle of the room and turns once; the phone's view sweeps all the way round and a ring closes at 360 degrees. Five checks tick: in the store, on time, a full turn, 52 seconds long, the right shop. District manager weekly store check

Each store gets a weekly visit from a district manager, and you want those visits to leave a consistent record.

    The task
Post a check task for each store visit. The district manager walks the listed areas and photographs each one.
    The proof
Phone photos with their origin show each listed area, such as entrances, fuel islands and back rooms, left in the right state.
    What changes
Every weekly visit leaves the same set of proof, store to store.

The contractor's one close-up photo comes in, drawn dashed and marked as submitted. It isn't enough, so a linked nine-dollar task posts. § 03

How every task runs.

The same four steps for each play above, whoever asks and whoever does the work.

  1. 01

    Post

You post the task, or Spot It posts it from what your cameras see, under limits you set: where, what done looks like, and the evidence it needs.

  2. 02

    Route

Teleport sends it to your own staff or to a vetted local person who can do it, and tells you who took it.

  3. 03

    Perform

They follow the steps and capture the evidence: smartphone photos or video on site, or the view from your existing cameras.

  4. 04

    Prove

Rule checks, a model where a photo needs a look, and a reviewer decide. You get a proof of the work, not a promise.

§ 04

Start small, with proof from day one.

One task type, a few places, a couple of weeks. We set the scope and the limits with you before anything is posted.

How it works · What a proof contains

Pilot · Northgate Corner MarketsProposed
First task
Cooler and shelf restock, proven full, posted to the store team.
Scope
Start with 3 to 5 stores in one district, using each store's existing cameras and staff phones.
Timeline
Run it for two weeks, then review the results with your district managers.
Paid
In dollars, per accepted task
You get
One proof for every task

Nothing is posted until you agree the scope. You can stop after any task.

§ 05

What comes back for every task.

Not a checkbox in an app: a receipt that says who did the work, what the evidence was, which checks it passed and who decided.

Dollars pay for the work. The proof shows it was done.
