Settle every 'was it cleaned?' dispute with proof from the night shift

Your crews clean 85 office buildings while the clients are gone. When a client says a restroom or kitchen was missed, you have no way to show what the space looked like when your crew left. Proof of the work, tied to the task and the place, lets you answer a dispute with evidence instead of an argument.

The short version

Where a building already has security cameras covering kitchens or lobbies and the client agrees, Spot It could flag spills or mess and turn them into cleaning tasks. How Spot It works

3 places to start.

Each one runs today with your own people and the cameras and phones you already have. Nothing new to buy or install.

Before and after proof for night cleans

Your night crew finishes restrooms, kitchens and floors in an empty building. By morning, the client may question whether it happened.

    The task
Post a cleaning pass for each area on the route. Your own crew does the work and takes the photos on their phones.
    The proof
Before and after photos show each area cleaned, checked against the task's rules and then by a reviewer.
    What changes
You can answer a client complaint with dated photos of exactly what was cleaned and how it was left.

Teleport spots a spill and a cluttered table, gets them cleaned, and proves itA café seating area from above at 2:14 pm. A keyframe from the ceiling camera arrives, with the faces of two customers at the edge already covered. Teleport finds three needs: a spill by the counter at 94 percent confidence, table 6 cluttered with nobody seated at 88 percent, and the bin nearly full at 71 percent. The café's line is 85 percent, so the spill and the table post as cleaning tasks and the bin waits as a suggestion for the manager. A barista mops the spill and clears table 6. The same camera's after frame shows both zones clear. Four checks tick: same view, spill clear, table 6 clear, within 8 minutes. Verified, and a receipt prints: seen 14:14, cleaned 14:21, proven 14:22, four dollars.CAM 2 · KEYFRAME 14:14:02CAM 2 · AFTER FRAME 14:22:10DOORSPILL 94%TABLE 6 88%BIN 71%CLEARCLEARAUTO-POST ≥ 85%SPILL 94%TASKTABLE 6 88%TASKBIN 71%ASKCHECKSSAME VIEWSPILL CLEARTABLE 6 CLEARIN 8 MINVERIFIEDSEEN 14:14CLEANED 14:21PROVEN 14:22$4 · EXAMPLE

Close-out check before the crew leaves

Your crew locks up at the end of a shift. Clients want to know the building was left in the right state.

    The task
Post a door and area check for each building at the end of the shift. The crew lead walks it and photographs the result.
    The proof
Photos show the checked doors and areas as they were left, matched to the task's list.
    What changes
Each building has a clear record that it was checked and secured when the crew left.

A customer walks from the door to a taped mark in the middle of the room and turns once; the phone's view sweeps all the way round and a ring closes at 360 degrees. Five checks tick: in the store, on time, a full turn, 52 seconds long, the right shop. Fix a flagged problem and show it fixed

A client reports a dirty kitchen or a messy floor you did not catch. Someone has to return and fix it, and the client wants to see it done.

    The task
Post the issue as a task. Your nearest crew, or a local person routed by Teleport, fixes it and photographs it from the same spot.
    The proof
Matching photos from the same position show the problem and then the fixed space.
    What changes
Complaints close faster because the client sees the fix from the view they reported.

§ 03

How every task runs.

The same four steps for each play above, whoever asks and whoever does the work.

  1. 01

    Post

You post the task, or Spot It posts it from what your cameras see, under limits you set: where, what done looks like, and the evidence it needs.

  2. 02

    Route

Teleport sends it to your own staff or to a vetted local person who can do it, and tells you who took it.

  3. 03

    Perform

They follow the steps and capture the evidence: smartphone photos or video on site, or the view from your existing cameras.

  4. 04

    Prove

Rule checks, a model where a photo needs a look, and a reviewer decide. You get a proof of the work, not a promise.

§ 04

Start small, with proof from day one.

One task type, a few places, a couple of weeks. We set the scope and the limits with you before anything is posted.

How it works · What a proof contains

Pilot · Lakefront Facility ServicesProposed
First task
Cleaning pass with before and after photos for restrooms and kitchens
Scope
Start with five of your 85 buildings on the night shift, covering restrooms and kitchens.
Timeline
Run it for two weeks, then review the photos with one client who has raised a dispute.
Paid
In dollars, per accepted task
You get
One proof for every task

Nothing is posted until you agree the scope. You can stop after any task.

§ 05

What comes back for every task.

Not a checkbox in an app: a receipt that says who did the work, what the evidence was, which checks it passed and who decided.

Dollars pay for the work. The proof shows it was done.
