For franchisors & brand standards teams
Brand standards, checked at every location, every month.
Franchisees or field reps capture guided photos of signage, cleanliness and promo setup on a schedule you set. Teleport checks them and returns a scored receipt per location, so your field audits go where they're needed.

The brand-standards problem
You see each location a few times a year. Customers see it every day.
Audits are costly
Mystery shops and field audits cost enough that most locations get checked rarely.
Promos land unevenly
A campaign launches everywhere at once, and weeks later you learn which locations never set it up.
Scores without evidence
An audit score with no photos behind it is hard to act on and easy for a franchisee to dispute.
How it works
Four steps from checklist to scorecard.

- 01 · Set up
Turn standards into a shot list
Signage, dining room, restrooms, promo placements: your brand-standards checklist, with reference photos, once.
- 02 · Capture
Locations capture on schedule
Franchisees or field reps get a link each month or at each promo launch, and capture live at the location.
- 03 · Check
Teleport verifies
Location and time checks, reused-photo screening and each item compared with your reference photos. Models estimate; a versioned policy and human reviewers decide.
- 04 · Score
You get a scored receipt
Pass, review or fail per standard, rolled up into a location score. Send field auditors to the locations that need them.
A month across the region
Every location on one page, every result backed by photos.
The monthly scorecard shows where standards slip and which promos didn't land, before a customer or a field auditor finds out. Each standard covers several shot-list items; the score is the share of items that passed, so one missing counter card costs less than an unlit sign.
| Location | Signage | Cleanliness | Restrooms | Promo | Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| #0412 Riverside | Pass | Pass | Pass | Pass | 100 |
| #0418 Mill St | Pass | Pass | Pass | Review | 92 |
| #0423 Airport Rd | Pass | Review | Pass | Pass | 90 |
| #0431 Harbor | Fail | Pass | Pass | Fail | 64 |

What you get
Every location, every month, with the photos to back it.
- A result for each standard, not just an overall score
- A monthly scorecard you can share with each franchisee
- Promo setup checked within days of launch
- Fraud screening for old photos and the wrong location
- CSV export for your franchise operations system
What a receipt proves, and what it doesn't
Each standard was visibly met at the location when it was captured, live and on site, with photos that are new for this check.
Food safety, service quality, or how the location looks on other days. That scope statement is printed on every receipt.

Questions franchisors ask
Does this replace mystery shoppers?
Not for the service experience: a photo can't tell you how an order was taken. It covers the visual standards, so your audit budget goes to what photos can't check.
Won't franchisees stage the photos?
Capture is live and checked for place, time and reused photos. And any location can get an unannounced independent capture, triggered by a weak result or ordered at random.
What does the franchisee see?
Their own receipts and score, with the photo behind each result, so a fail comes with what to fix.
What happens to the photos?
They stay private to you and the franchisee. The public receipt shows the decision and how it was reached, never raw images or staff names.
