Our location is a vibrant flex/creative office conversion in the heart of Culver City. This single-story, 52,004-square-foot building offers two available studio spaces equipped with a 23- to 25-foot ceiling clearance, a loading dock large enough for an 18-wheeler, and two roll-up doors, one with ramp access and the other at dock height. .
